Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a reset link; follow it to choose a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the address you registered with.
Changing your email
Email changes aren’t self-service yet. Contact us at hello@getkaasa.com from your current address and we’ll help.
Deleting your account
Email hello@getkaasa.com from your account’s address and ask for deletion. Deleting your account:
- Removes your tracker, savings log, and milestones from our production systems.
- Ends any partner sharing immediately.
- Leaves residual copies only in encrypted backups, which purge in the normal rotation cycle (roughly 30–90 days).
How your data is handled
- No bank connections. We never link to your bank, ask for account credentials, or import transactions. Every figure is entered manually by you.
- Your data is isolated. Access rules are enforced at the database level — only you, and a partner you’ve expressly invited, can read or change your tracker.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest; passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
- No selling, no ad-tracking. We don’t sell your information or use your savings data for advertising, and we use only essential sign-in cookies.
- Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never touch our systems.
